'Time to Unwind' Breathwork

Service Description

Are you open to experiencing the transformative power of the breath from the comforts of your own home?? Did you know that by changing the way you breathe you can change the way you feel? Sessions are delivered via Zoom and I invite you to light a candle / incense, grab allll the cushions/pillows and blankets and create yourself a cosy space away from distractions as I guide you on a breathwork journey through the consciousness. Thursday evenings 'Time to Unwind' is more restorative session where we soothe the nervous system; inviting it back into balance and gently exploring conscious connected breathing coupled with somatic movement to help let go of tension from the body. A great way to set yourself up for a blissful night sleep! If you can't attend live - the session will be recorded and emailed out to those who have signed up, so you can catch up in your own time! Investment: £12.50 to include the class recording (access for 14 days) or free as part of your UNLIMITED class subscription. At the end of the session we'll have 5 mins Q&A for anyone who wishes to share their experience or ask any questions. Please note, classes include conscious connected breathwork which is not recommended for those who are pregnant or suffering with epilepsy or cardiovascular disease - if you're not sure if you should practice it, please get in touch beforehand or consult with a health professional.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. Monthly events can be rescheduled once without charge with 72 hours' notice, if it's a regular event (Yin & Chill, Online Breathwork). Please send me an email if you find you're no longer able to attend and I'll be happy to transfer to another event. Booking closes 2 hours before the event. Full policy can be found in the T&C's.
