Service Description

Awaken and align your body with a rejuvenating yoga session - the perfect addition to any Hen Weekend! My goal is to create a cosy and welcoming environment where you feel free to switch off and leave the stresses and busyness of life behind. We will work on strength and flexibility of the body through a flowing sequence but the real magic will be felt much deeper as we relax the mind and recharge the soul. My passion is empowering women to step into their innate power, their inner wild woman, their true authentic selves. Through mindful movement, breathwork, guided meditation (or yoga nidra), and not forgetting a head massage to finish; you're guaranteed to float out of the session feeling balanced, restored and free. For up to 12 participants, all mats, blankets, yoga props and eye pillows will be provided for you, along with pretty lights, soothing music & essential oil blends to enhance the experience; all you need to do is hire a space. The cost for a 90 minute, holistic session is £150 (plus travel if outside of Worcestershire). This price includes sweet treats at the end of the session and a self-care goody bag for the bride. For 12+ participants, the cost is the same but mats & props will need to be provided. Please get in touch if you have a specific theme in mind or would like to discuss further before booking. On booking, you'll be asked to select your requested date, complete a booking form, then it will be sent for approval. Once approved, I will contact the party lead directly and send across an invoice. Once payment is received the booking is confirmed. Sophie x

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. Yoga classes can be rescheduled once without charge with 24+ hours notice. You must log into your account on the website / app to manage your booking. Booking closes 1 hour before the class. Full policy can be found in the T&C's.
