Services
I currently offer in-person classes, events and workshops in and around Worcestershire, as well as 1:1 sessions delivered via Zoom.
In a flowing Vinyasa class, we link our movement with our breath, allowing us to step out of the thinking mind, surrender to the present moment and just, well, FLOW!
The conscious awareness and use of our breath to enhance physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Themed workshops and events are held throughout the year, encompassing a range of healing modalities and techniques.
Slowing down and counteracting our 'yang' lifestyles; in Yin we use props while holding poses for 2-5 minutes allowing the space and stillness to listen to the whispers our body has been trying to communicate with us.
